We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses throughout North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Glasgow.
The first step is to contact us to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available. It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move, as the nicer properties are viewed and reserved quickly. We regret that we cannot assist DSS claimants. Our tenancies are granted for a minimum term of 6 months.
Once you have found a property which you would like to rent: -
- You will be provided with an Application Form which must be fully completed.
- You will be asked to pay a Reservation Fee.
- Reference and Credit Checks are taken up and checked.
- You will be asked to provide various forms of ID.
- The tenancy can go ahead?
- You will be expected to provide one month's rent and a deposit in cleared funds or bankers draft.
An appointment will be made with you for the signing of the documentation and to give you the keys to your new home.
For properties in England and Wales the deposit you pay will be lodged with a scheme as per the government ruling which came into force on 6th April 2007. You will be given various documents detailing where your deposit is lodged and how it is refunded to you at the end of the tenancy.
Reservation Fee
£100 non refundable fee that exclusively secures the property for 7 days. As well as securing the property this fee shall be used to process your application and pay for the necessary reference checks.
Security Deposit
This is required to be paid in advance and shall be equivalent to one months rent.
Monthly Rent
One months rent payable in advance at commencement of lease agreement and paid thereafter by standing Order.
Other Charges
Tenant responsible for all power, gas, telephone, council tax and other applicable charges.
